Online quotes are estimates. This is an estimate only. Your final offer is confirmed after we physically inspect your phone in store and verify its IMEI, account locks and financing status. The amount may change if the condition is different from what was described.

1. Online estimates

The amount shown by our online calculator is an estimate only, based on the information you provide. It is not a binding offer. The final amount is confirmed after we physically inspect your phone in store.

2. Inspection and final offer

In store we check the phone’s condition and functions, and verify that the IMEI is clean (not blacklisted, lost or stolen), that the phone is free of iCloud, Google or other account locks, and that it has no outstanding financing. If anything differs from your answers, we will explain the difference and adjust the offer. You are free to decline the final offer.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be the legal owner of the phone, or authorized by the owner to sell it.
  • You must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Sellers must be 18 or older.
  • We cannot buy phones that are blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, locked to an account, or still being financed.
  • We may refuse any transaction at our discretion.

4. Estimate validity

Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date you receive them, as long as the phone’s condition does not change. Prices may change after that period.

5. Payment

Once you accept the final offer and ownership is verified, we pay you in store on the same day.

6. Your data on the phone

Please back up your data before your visit. Once you accept the offer, the phone is factory reset and all data is erased. We are not responsible for data that was not backed up.

7. Appointments

Visit requests are not confirmed until we contact you. Walk-ins are welcome during store hours.
