Is the online quote guaranteed?
No — the online quote is an estimate based on your answers. The final amount is confirmed after we physically inspect your phone in store and verify its IMEI, account locks and financing status. If everything matches what you described, your offer will match your estimate.
How long is my estimate valid?
Estimates are valid for 7 days. Phone values change as new models are released, so we recommend visiting soon after you get your quote.
How do I get paid?
Once we have inspected the phone and you accept the final offer, we pay you right there in the store.
What do I need to bring?
Your phone (charged if possible), a valid government-issued photo ID and your quote reference number. Please sign out of iCloud / Google and turn off Find My before you come — or bring your passcode so we can do it together.
Can you buy a phone that is locked or still being paid off?
We can’t buy phones that are locked to an iCloud / Google account, blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, or still being financed. Carrier-locked phones are fine — they’re just valued a little lower than unlocked phones.
My phone is cracked or doesn’t turn on. Is it still worth something?
Usually, yes! Many damaged phones still have value. Answer the questions honestly and you’ll see an estimate. If your phone isn’t listed, call or visit and we’ll take a look.
Should I erase my phone before coming in?
Back up your data first. We’ll help you erase the phone securely in store once you accept the offer, so you don’t lose anything by accident.
Do I need an appointment?
Booking a time helps us have someone ready for you, but you’re welcome to walk in during store hours. Bring your quote reference number either way.
